Healthful Innovation for Maintaining Weight

One of the most effective and popular ways to lose weight is to undergo the process under the HCG dieting plan. This rather unique method of losing weight involves the dieter taking in HCG coupled with a very low caloric diet. For those who are clueless, HCG or Human Chorionic Gonadotropin is a protein hormone present and produced largely by pregnant women; although it must be mentioned that every human being, male or female has this type of protein in each of them.

The HCG dieting plan typically involves three very critical phases, and after which desired results are achieved.

The first of the three is called the Loading phase, in which shots of 6 to 10 HCG drops, six times daily is taken by the dieter. At this stage, the dieter is also allowed to eat any amount and kind of food he wants; even those of high calorie content. The dieting strategy aims for the dieter to store enough fats necessary to continue for the second phase.

The second phase or Maintenance phase now limits the food intake in terms of quantity and quality. As part of the important HCG dieting tips, it is highly recommended to eat fruits and vegetables during this 21-day period. Any high-calorie food is not allowed, while the same dosage of HCG is still taken by the person in diet.

The third phase is the final one and is also called Stabilization. During this period of 21 days, the same dosage of HCG is still taken in by the dieter, but food intake in the amount and quality is loosened up. The dieter can now eat food of high calorie content.

Finally, with the HCG dieting plan, it is observed that a dieter can lose up to 40 kilograms after successfully completing the program. One downside of this method is perhaps the expensive cost of the HCG dosages. However, there is what we call the natural homeopathic HCG which is considered cost-effective as is uses natural sources of HCG present in food rich in the protein, while achieving the same results.
